Century Studios Metalwork Bases
At Century Studios, we create bases in our Minneapolis studio. These designs, available exclusively from Century Studios, are cast in bronze from original Tiffany Studios examples and hand finished with an authentic Tiffany verdigris patina. All Century Studios bases are hand made by Irwin Terry and Bill Campbell.
Many of the Century Studios bases feature hand-thrown pottery elements created to our specifications by Ephraim Faience Pottery and Jemerick Art Pottery. These bases are reproductions of some of the base designs Tiffany Studios made in conjunction with the Grueby Faience Pottery.
